We understand how building committees work in Chile. Our services are designed to give you the information you need to make decisions and present them to residents.
Building committees in Chile operate under specific constraints: limited budgets, the need to build consensus among residents, and limited technical expertise to evaluate contractor proposals. Our consultancy is designed with these realities in mind.
We provide the technical analysis that committees need to make informed decisions — without requiring them to have engineering expertise to interpret the results.
We offer three engagement types depending on the scope of the committee's needs. All packages begin with a physical survey of the property.
A complete dimensional survey of the underground parking area, producing a scaled floor plan with annotated measurements and a written assessment of current conditions.
Survey plus complete redesign proposals for demarcation, automated storage, and EV charging — everything a committee needs to plan and execute a comprehensive parking improvement.
A targeted engagement for buildings where the primary need is adding EV charging capability without overloading the existing electrical infrastructure.
From first contact to report delivery, here is how the engagement typically unfolds.
You reach out via email or phone. We ask a few questions about the building — number of spaces, age, known issues — to understand the scope before scheduling a visit.
We visit the property at a time that minimizes disruption to residents. The survey typically takes a half-day for a building with up to 100 spaces.
We process the survey data, develop redesign proposals, and draft the report. This phase typically takes one to two weeks depending on scope.
We deliver the report and walk through the findings with the committee. We answer questions and can attend a resident assembly to present the findings if needed.
